We
offer our respectful obeisances unto His Divine Grace A. C. Bhaktivedanta
Swami Prabhupada, who is very dear to Lord Krishna, having taken shelter
at His lotus feet.
Our respectful obeisances are unto you, O spiritual master, servant of
Sarasvati Goswami. You are kindly preaching the message of Lord Caitanya
and delivering the Western countries, which are filled with impersonalism
and voidism.
Srila
Prabhupada Ki Jaya!
New simplified point system
As of January 1, 2009 the BBT Trustees have decided to simplify the book point
system by eliminating the difference between hard and soft-cover books. They will
now have the same point value. The new point system is now:
Magazines (10-50 pages)
0.1 points
Small books (50-150 pages)
0.25 points
Medium books (150-300 pages)
0.5 points
Big books (300-500 pages)
1.0 points
Mahabig books (500+ pages)
2.0 points
1-yr BTG subs non-English
2.5 points
1-yr BTG subs English
5.0 points
Note that even though the scores reported here and in the newsletter may not yet reflect this new point system, as soon as the computer program and web site are updated the new point system will be retroactive to January 1, 2009.

Wanted! European scores for 1987 and 1988
We are in the process of compiling scores from 1987 and 1988. Thanks to Prema Sankirtan dasa,
we have about half of the
issues of Parama Karuna, the North European sankirtan newsetter for 1987. We are in urgent
need of European scores for 1988. If you know of any old sankirtan newsletters please let
us know.
Can you help us solve these puzzles?
What temples do these names refer to in the 1982/1983 Sankirtan
Newsletters?
Clues: Godruma was the top small temple for 1983. Devotees listed from Godruma included: Jayagurudeva d, Jagadananda d, Haribolananda d, Varahadeva d, and Sadhusanga d. The editor's guess is Vienna, and that is where I have put it for now.
Please email Mayapur Sasi dasa at mayapur@aol.com if you know any answers.
